What is Notice Governments? How do they function?
The Bangladesh Government has issued a notice on the 7th of September, 2021 with a series of notices to govern the government in Bangladesh. The notice also warns all residents of Bangladesh to not interfere with their property. All citizens of Bangladesh are warned in this document not to alter the boundaries wall of Bangladesh or its outlying areas. Three provinces exist in Bangladesh which are Commenced, Bogra and Dhaka. The governments of these provinces have advised citizens to avoid crossing the border into these districts and to not alter the boundary of their property walls.

A fine of not more than one thousand ticals could be imposed on any person who provides property or other assets to an individual who is not authorized. Someone who is found guilty of transferring property to an unauthorised person could be penalized with a fine not exceeding one thousand ticals. These notices are enforced according to the law of Bangladesh.
There are a variety of reasons the Bangladeshi notice government issued these notifications. The first and most important reason is that there are numerous instances of land grabbing. Certain people do not follow the law and acquire land without permission. To prevent this from happening the government of Bangladesh has issued the notification. The citizens will now be aware of their rights with regard to the properties and will be expected to be a good citizen when it comes to the properties.
The notice government of Bangladesh has given to citizens of Bangladesh concerning refusing any offer of purchase of the properties without notice. The notice states that they will not be the owners of the property until an announcement has been made. The notice also states that the ownership of the property cannot be transferred to anyone until the specified time frame has expired. If the owner of the property does not adhere to the notice's terms and conditions the property could be subject to a lawsuit brought against him. The property can then be taken away.

Tenants of the property are advised in the notice that they must move out of their homes within a specific time period after the date of publication. Tenants are expected to clean up the property after the notice is released. The notice government in Bangladesh also instructs tenants to ensure that all property belongings are secure. If they fail to follow this instruction, it can result in being fined by the notice government.

Restaurants and hotels are also subject to notice laws. Notices may be given to establishments who do not comply with the regulations. If the hotel or restaurant fails to comply with the requirements of the notice authorities, then it can be forced to shut down.
